Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for actively building sales pipeline in EMEA and APAC markets by initiating phone and email conversations with potential 5nine clients, who expressed interest in our solutions, or brand new accounts that we target to engage. You will speak with technical and business contacts with an interest in new technology and initiatives.

This is an excellent starting position for candidates with zero or little experience, who are fluent in English, high-energy, motivated self-starters, willing to gain valuable knowledge in IT market and skills in international IT sales.

High performers will have the opportunity to progress to a more senior sales executive position.

  • Actively build a 5nine sales pipeline on European and Asia-Pacific markets, through identifying potential clients and by gaining information about them.
  • Initiate telephone and email contact with potential prospects from developed web and lead generation lists; cold calling as needed.
  • Proactively target new business in EMEA and APAC (leveraging on LinkedIn and through marketing/sales teams provided data).
  • Maintain a high activity volume, meet and exceed against daily call and pre-defined qualified pipeline generation targets.
  • Develop a solid working knowledge of 5nine products and the benefits they provide to potential customers.
  • Keep detailed and accurate notes of all sales related activities in 5nine CRM (; schedule follow up activities as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Required: Must be fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in other European language (German, French, etc.) will be an advantage.
  • 0 to 3 years of work experience in sales or telesales.
  • Experience in the software industry would be an advantage but not required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, an ultimate relationship builder.
  • High-energy, motivated self-starter; with the ability to adapt to changes and work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment.
